Our story began over four decades ago on the corner of Main and Service Street. In 1985, John and Deb Scionti opened our doors with a simple mission: to bring vibrant, authentic Mexican flavors to the heart of East Gippsland.

For twenty years, that corner was our home, filled with the sounds of sizzling fajitas and local laughter. As our community of diners grew, so did our vision. In 2005, we made the move to our current, more spacious home at 79 Nicholson Street, elevating the dining experience (literally!) to the beautiful upstairs venue our guests love today.

In 2019, the legacy entered its second generation when John and Deb’s son, Jaxon, and his wife, Lydia, took the reins. Today, we continue to honour the foundations laid in ’85 while bringing fresh energy to every plate we serve. From the Scionti family to yours—welcome to the table.
